The outbound flight was delayed by 1 1/2 hours largely due to a shortage of despatchers and buses to get to the planes. Check in and security were both OK. On the inbound flight significant delay at immigration. Only three out of 5 desks were manned and although I was not affected I thought that provision should have been made for those with small children and pregnant women to somehow jump the queue.

No delay for me at security because the airline "fast-tracked" me to avoid the queue which streteched down the stairs and across the entire check-in hall.

7 - 8 Easyjet departures in less then 90 minutes means, even with +/- 10 check-ins, a very fraught check-in procedure

We were very lucky at immigration as there was absolutly no queue. I have waited in line for over 20 minutes on other occasions especially when the entire Bristol based Easyjet fleet (10 planes) return within a short space of each other. The 4 immigration desks are then wowfully inadequete.

Bristol Airport all working well early in the morning on departure day. Check in and Security staff all very pleasant. Passport Control on return needs improving - insufficient staff to cope with throughput.
