Delays at security are infuriating. The delays are not caused as a result of heightened security but as a result of having 47 check in desks and only 5 screening aisles.

Could have shortend checkin by doing it online. Security was understaffed for baggage search hence the delay. On arrival, some 270-300 people queing for 3 immigration desks. Desk time was approx 20 seconds so why 20 minutes wait? If proper threat analysis and layered security were introduced, the waiting times would be siginificatly reduced. But that means thinking and spending money!
