On our return on the 31 August the delay to pass through passport control was 50 minutes with the queue snaking back throught the airport. Why is iris not available to be signed up for outside of the deppaarture lounge and open more sensible hours. | | ............................................................................................................................................................................................. |

| | Posted on 02 September 2007 18:13 | | | Easyjet check-in assistants very swift and no queues whatsoever, but the queue for security ridiculous, there was no sense of organisation and the woman directing people to different lanes was perticuarly rude and inapropriate in the way she was behaving as though we should know what we were doing. Appaling
Secondly, following the inbound flight landing at 04:00 I was shocked to see a huge queue just to show that I belong to this country, it was like being interrogated. | | ............................................................................................................................................................................................. |

| | Posted on 31 August 2007 20:31 | | | | Although all possible desks seemed to be open - there was no clear message(s) for clients for what was needed so all was told to take off shoes/belts/empty pockets/take off coats etc etc that took time as every passenger had to be told - very slow and the staff all looked as if they would rather be elsewhere with eome talking to each other, chewing gum, etc and not making the effort to clear passengers quicker | | ............................................................................................................................................................................................. |

It was an absolute nightmare, and air hostesses from different airlines kept having to search the queue for people who would otherwise have missed their flights.
