No delays in the three areas you record.
However, we were delayed in baggage hall because Alitalia were not sure where we should look for our buggy. Their excuse for the confusion was "security reasons".

Check-in was complete BA chaos- too many BA staff sitting around doing nothing! Security was efficient and passport control was excellent.

Another hour delay each way on SAS (Safe and Slow) from Copenhagen. Sat in plane on runway for 25 mins last night at Heathrow...no explanation why we didn't leave the terminal building, just left us to sweat !!

All airports have adequate facilities for check in,security, and passport control. However airports worldwide fail to utilise these facilities by lack of staff.Virgin airlines state that travel is stressful please do not take it out on our employees. But aiports/airlines all fail to do anything about this.On my return journey to Heathrow on 17/10/07 i had to speak to the Virgin desk 3 times to find out why NO cases had come onto the conveyor in 30mins.On each ocassion i was fobbed off and made to feel as if i did not exist. Why does this practice of not telling passengers the truth persist. It undermines peoples integrity and certainly does not endear them to airline/airport staff.I have always found that if you tell cusomers the truth they may not like it but most will respect you for doing so.

Another nightmare with delays both ways from Copenhagen to Heathrow. 1 hour 50 mins on way home Thusday night, 1 hour 10 on way back last night. The captain had the cheek to say this is a normal delay at Heathrow anything under 80 mins from scheduled takoff time is very good..bloody cheek
