| | Posted on 10 December 2007 09:38 | | | Before travel I was told by a friend that Heathrow duty free was a great place to shop. On arrival at the airport the very few notices told us to go to departures. However, a guy in a type of uinform told us that only those with flights before 20:00hrs could go through.
As a result of this my wife and I had approx 15 minutes in the duty free before we were told that we had to go to the departure gate.

However, we were delayed in baggage hall because Alitalia were not sure where we should look for our buggy.
