leeds to amsterdam, meant to leave at 18.00, departed at 21.35

Flight was delayed by 6 hrs on the way back and imigration was very poor, 1 person checking the passports from a flight that came from Milan Airport in Italy.

LBA was swift. DUB was a lot more disorganised - passengers coming in at the gate (same door) where we were waiting to board. Passengers who needed assistance were trampled in the rush!!!

The Check-in conveyor broke and they seemed unable to fix it or move to another desk. Incompitent at best
