They have now brought in a £2 'Fastlane' system, which charges passengers to fasttrack through these queues. This 'stealth' charge penalises those who do not want to pay and, through fear of missing their flight, forces people into paying for a service that should be provided for free and at sufficient speed. | | ............................................................................................................................................................................................. |
| | | | | Posted on 21 July 2007 16:43 | | | Liverpool airport now have 2 security queues 1 standard queue with 2 lanes or pay £2 for the fast track lane with 4 lanes i queued for over a hour to get through why not open all lanes and scrap the £2 charge then there would be no need for the fast track in the first place, juts another way of charging families and people to travel by air a family of 4 travelling through liverpool airport this summer will have to pay £8 extra to make sure they catch their flight
