Disgraceful wait at passport control over an hour. 3 officials on duty. Give them their due were working hard. Outrageous!

Arrived back from Germany to be greeted by an hours queue at Terminal one. Utter bedlam at passport control. Waited 60 minutes thousands of people waiting. There were a few armed police in the foyer. Unacceptable. Will be writing to my MP

Nice shops and short queues out bound. Apalling queues at passport control. Looked cheap and nasty. Works on awful

Could you please extend your campaign to include delays at baggage reclaimation (especially Manchester Airport) - we had to wait almost an hour for our cases at 0615 last Sunday morning when the airport was very quiet. Also I would like to see a further campaign about baggage handling (again especially Manchester Airport) - one of our cases was damaged by Manchester Airport baggage staff - this is the fourth time this has happened to us at Manchester.

A rather disagreeable experience at security, where one is treated as a neanderthal by none too bright and antipathetic MAAS staff, whose sole raison d'etre appears to be to put passengers in a bad mood before they get on an aeroplane. On my return I availed myself of the cutting edge technology IRIS machine, which did not fail me
