My main gripes about air travel fall into the following areas:

Aberdeen airport.
Baggage reclaim, the "belt" and the area around it is far too small for a 757 load of passengers to see their luggage as it arrives. And when it does arrive, to get it out of the way of the remaining mutlitude still waiting for their bags.
Check-in area, general lack of room. It can sometimes be near impossible to get to the check-in desks furthest from the door when pushing a trolley load of luggage.

Delayed baggage.
This has caused me major problems in recent years.
My perception is that bags get delayed when:
1 passing through Heathrow.
2 a connection is missed due to late arrival of the incoming flight.

Staff were efficient but polite and facilities have improved since my last visit.
