The only problem with the airport was at Newark NY we did not have enough time from one flight to the next ,due to the volume of people and not all the desks were open ,i feel that people with connecting fights should be given a different desk or two so that they meet their connection or they end up with a delay of 2 and a half hours then an extended flight for 5 and a half hours, with no appology what so ever , As this was our firast experience it was very off putting .

Part of the delay was because the security did not open until 4.30

I travel every week from Edinburgh to Gatwick and have been doing it for over 3 years. Edinburgh is a joy to travel through, with minimum queuing and very polite and courteous staff. It's dilatory passengers that stop the Q's which frustrates the life out of regular travellers like me! Edinburgh is a bright and cheery airport and I always find the staff very helpful. I use easyJets internet checkin now, but even before that, you could use the sales desk to check in quickly with hand luggage. I wish people would stop moaning and consider the Governments enforcement of the security issues on BAA, rather than presuming that BAA have invented all of this to disadvantage passengers. I presume that BAA just want to get passengers into the lounge as quickly as possible so that they can spend money!

The only problem was that it took 25mins for the first bag to go onto the belt at Manchester on our return from Edinburgh.
