The queue for Air Mauritius was confusing as Singapore Airlines was checking in at the same time, however once they got it sorted it was OK.
Immigration is easy now thanks to iris recognition.

Although initially aprehensive about using terminal 5 only two days after the disastrous opening, my fears never materialised. We expereinced virtually no
queues and our flight left on time. A very impressive building and looking forward to using it again next week.

Travelling to Sweden and flight delayed 2hrs,never told why, ?fog?

23 April 2008 flight BA1452 cancelled - BA staff did not keep passengers informed and it took until 20:30 to move passengers
