All airports have adequate facilities for check in,security,and passport control.However airports worldwide fail to utilise these facilities by lack of staff.Virgin airlines state that travel is stressful please do not take it out on our employees.But aiports/airlines all fail to do anything about this.On my return journey to Heathrow on 17/10/07 i had to speak to the Virgin desk 3 times to find out why NO cases had come onto the conveyor in 30mins.On each ocassion i was fobbed off and made to feel as if i did not exist.Why does this practice of not telling passengers the truth persist.It undermines peoples integrity and certainly does not endear them to airline/airport staff.I have always found that if you tell cusomers the truth they may not like it but most will respect you for doing so.

Another nightmare with delays both ways from Copenhagen to Heathrow. 1 hour 50 mins on way home Thusday night, 1 hour 10 on way back last night. The captain had the cheek to say this is a normal delay at Heathrow anything under 80 mins from scheduled takoff time is very good..bloody cheek

I was very pleased with the service at Heathrow. I expected a huge delay, but really enjoyed my experience and got on the plane with no hassle.

Fast track through security on outward journey and selected for extra screening. Queue at immigration returning to UK was around 1 hour, howver, fast tracked through due to Business class

I was dreading using T1, but in the end the queues all moved fairly quickly. Just slightly miffed that BA wouldn't let me check in online !
