What travellers had to say about Heathrow Airport

I view the current airport security as the biggest threat to security. Why did my wife's handbag have to be stuffed into her hand luggage ?, what is the purpose of removing shoes and belts of the elderly ?, why are staff so full of arrogance and aggression towards the customer. Quite simply it's terrorism carried out legally by the state on the traveller. The activities of airport security have removed for all time the enjoyment if it ever existed of flying. They have made it a highly stressful experience. Please vaporise them, after removing their belts. shoes and bottles of water and may they roast in hell.

Heathrow Terminal 3 is consistently unbearably overcrowded, queue-ridden, and a thoroughly unpleasant experience.

Another weekend of misery courtesy of SAS from Copenhagen. Over an hour delay each way, so missed all my connections both ends. Will be glad when this contract ends in November and I dont have to fly with them again !!

Check in was DIY. I only went through domestic and Ireland and the queue in security was ridiculous, however no immigration on return so that was a bonus
