Why don't the planes ever leave when they say their are???
Sharon Seward was great in helping us find a holiday with every thing that we wanted, nothing was too much trouble, and reassured me with every silly worry that i had about travel both to and back from our holiday making it a enjoyable experiance for us all. Thank you very much. Chris, Roy and our girls x

As it was July I arrived very early for my flight anticipating a queue but there wasn't one - I travel this route frequently for business and the timings have improved considerably. I think that Infrequent fliers often have unrealistic perceptions of the process and this leads to them complaining when it is unwaranted.

I regularly travel through Luton and Stansted and have had no problems with the security checks and the so called delays. I have always arrived at the airports before my check-in has opened and glided through the process with plenty of time to relax airside.
I wouldn't mind if the process took twice as long and adjust my arrival time at the airport if it means my flight will be safe.
Maybe the people who are complaining should accommodate the security checks that are necessary and now part of the flying process and are there ultimately for our safety.

There must have been in excess of 500 people trying to pass through passport control at around 13:00 on Monday 30th July and as there were only 3 staff on duty the queue was horrendous.

What a breath of fresh air Luton is!! Straight through security, at about 08.30, there was a 'snake' queue at immigration on our return, but it was dealt with very quickly. Luton got top marks from me all round, great improvement on Stansted the week before!
