| | Posted on 29 October 2007 14:05 | | | | Manchester yet again has a total and utter diregard for its overpaying customers with long delays at security outbound 1 hour queues not enough lanes or staff, inbound passport control Iris not working again, not enough staff, Disney like queues, 1 hour, a lot of unhappy families with young children etc. the airport know full well when the planes are coming in, busy periods etc, they seem so intent on Duty Free sales than customer care. Staff are miserable, de motivated, and un helpful. This airport needs attention not constant refurbs and more shops! | | ............................................................................................................................................................................................. |

My only criticism in UK was state of Terminal 2 facilities. Terminal was bursting at seams airside. Not enough seats or services. Cafeteria was more like pigs round the trough.
Thanks goodness no delays.

This is one airport that I avoid, if at all possible it's even worse than Heathrow and that's saying something! | | ............................................................................................................................................................................................. |

To get into departures at Manchester and be faced with a theme park ride queing system that snakes back and forth for a ridiculous amount of time is not what we expected or deserved. If our Politicians and rich celebrities had to submit to being hearded like animals with the masses, things would be changed pretty damn quickly. I will certainly be booking future breaks that specifically avoid a Manchester departure. | | ............................................................................................................................................................................................. |
